Social Media Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Policy governs social media use that affects FITENABLE LLP (“FITENABLE” or the “Company”). It applies to all designated partners, employees, coaches, contractors, interns and anyone else acting for the Company (“Personnel”), both when posting on the Company’s official accounts and on personal accounts where the post relates to FITENABLE, its clients, products or competitors.

2. Personal vs Official Use

Official accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X and others operated by FITENABLE) are managed only by authorised Personnel under the Marketing Lead.

Personal accounts are your own, but if you identify yourself as associated with FITENABLE or discuss FITENABLE, this Policy applies. Use a clear “views are my own” disclaimer where appropriate.

3. Brand and Content Standards

When posting in connection with FITENABLE, Personnel must:

  • be accurate and evidence-aware, avoid exaggerated outcomes, “guaranteed transformation”, “lose X kg in Y days” framing, or any claim that cannot be substantiated;
  • avoid medical claims, diagnosis or cures, FITENABLE provides fitness and nutrition coaching, not medical treatment;
  • follow the Disclaimer Policy, include the standard general-information / consult-your-doctor framing where relevant;
  • respect copyright and IP, use only content the Company has the right to use; credit creators where required; do not post copyrighted music, images or video without permission;
  • be respectful, no hateful, discriminatory, harassing, body-shaming or sexually explicit content;
  • comply with platform community guidelines and applicable advertising/promotion law (including disclosure of paid or partnership content).

4. Client and User Privacy

Never post client personal data, health data, photos, before/after images, plan details, conversations or stories without that client’s specific, informed, written consent obtained for that purpose. Consent must be DPDP-compliant and revocable.

Even with consent, do not publish more than necessary, and remove on request.

Do not screenshot or share private chats, DMs or WhatsApp messages with clients.

Personnel must not use social media, DMs, WhatsApp, comments or private messages to solicit FITENABLE clients for personal coaching, offline services, direct payments, competing services, or any arrangement outside FITENABLE.

Personnel must not ask clients to cancel, pause, downgrade, not renew or leave FITENABLE through social media or private messaging.

5. Confidentiality and Internal Information

Do not post confidential business, financial, product, technical, supplier or strategic information. Do not pre-announce features, prices or partnerships not yet publicly released.

6. Competitors and Third Parties

Do not disparage competitors. Comparative claims must be accurate, fair and substantiated. Do not post defamatory or harassing content about any person or company.

7. Influencers, Endorsements and Sponsored Content

Sponsored, paid or partnership content (whether the Company is paying or being paid) must be clearly disclosed (for example #ad, “paid partnership”), in line with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines for influencer advertising and any applicable law.

8. Health-Sensitive Topics

Take particular care with content on weight loss, body image, eating, supplements, mental health and similar topics. Avoid content that could encourage disordered eating, extreme restriction, unsafe exercise, or shame; lead with sustainability and professional advice.

9. Crisis and Negative Comments

Do not respond to negative reviews, complaints or media queries on behalf of FITENABLE unless authorised. Forward complaints and media queries to support@fitenable.com or admin@fitenable.com and the Grievance Officer.

10. Security

Use strong passwords and MFA on official accounts. Do not share credentials. Report any suspected account compromise immediately.

11. Use of AI Tools

AI-assisted social media content must comply with the AI Usage Policy: human review before publishing, no client personal/health data in non-approved tools, no implied AI-product claims, and no infringing material.

12. Enforcement

Breach may result in content removal, disciplinary action, termination of engagement and, where warranted, legal action.

13. Review

This Policy will be reviewed periodically as platforms, regulation and ASCI/influencer rules evolve.
