How long until I get my personalised fitness plan?

Once you complete the health assessment, a certified coach is assigned to you. Your coach connects with you and builds your plan around your assessment before assigning it to your dashboard — you're notified the moment it's ready.

Is FITENABLE suitable for beginners?

Yes. The assessment captures your current fitness level, training history, and any limitations. Beginners get a slower-progression plan with movement-quality cues; intermediates and advanced athletes get more challenging volume and intensity.

Will my plan work without a gym?

Yes — a gym is completely optional. During the assessment you choose your equipment level (full gym, basic home setup with dumbbells/bands, or bodyweight only) and the plan is built around what you actually have. All three paths deliver a real, progressive program that drives strength, fat-loss and conditioning. Either way, you get a plan that works for you.

Does FITENABLE work for PCOS, thyroid, or hormonal issues?

Yes — plans for PCOS and other hormonal conditions emphasise strength training, stress-friendly cardio, and nutrition adjustments that support insulin sensitivity. Always coordinate with your doctor for medication and bloodwork.

How is this different from a generic workout plan I could find online?

A generic plan is built for an average person. Yours is built around your body fat, muscle mass, target goal, schedule, training history, injuries, food preferences, and recovery capacity — and it's reviewed by a real coach before you see it.

Do I need to be in India to use FITENABLE?

No. FITENABLE is built for athletes in India and uses Indian foods/units by default, but anyone worldwide can sign up. Plans are delivered as a PDF + dashboard, both of which work from anywhere.

Will I get to talk to a coach?

Yes. Every plan is reviewed and signed off by a certified coach. Subscribers get ongoing chat support for plan adjustments, form checks, and motivation — typical response time is under 24 hours.

What if I have an injury or a medical condition?

Tell us in the assessment. The coach will adapt the plan around your limitation — for example, swapping squats for a hinge variant if your knee can't tolerate squats. If your condition needs medical clearance, please consult your doctor first.

How does FITENABLE personalise the plan — what data is used?

Your assessment answers (age, sex, height, weight, body fat estimate, goals, training history, lifestyle, food preferences, injuries) plus any progress data you log later. We never use your health data for advertising.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel from account settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period, then stops automatically. No retention calls, no penalty.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Once the payment is completed, no refund is possible. Please review the plan details before you pay. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals, but payments already made are non-refundable.

Is my health and personal data safe?

Yes. Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with HTTPS encryption, accessible only to authorised coaches and engineers. We don't sell or share your data with advertisers. You can delete your account and all data anytime — see our privacy policy.
