Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all paid Services purchased from FITENABLE LLP (“FITENABLE”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through https://fitenable.com, including coaching plans, live class plans and trials. It forms part of, and must be read with, our Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this Policy.

2. No Automatic Renewal

Our Services do not auto-renew. Each Service is sold for a fixed term (for example, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months). At the end of your term, your access ends automatically and no further amount is charged. We do not store your payment-instrument details for recurring billing.

To continue using the Services after your term ends, you must place a new purchase. We may remind you that your term is ending, but the decision to renew is entirely yours.

3. Cancellation

You may stop using the Services at any time. Because there is no auto-renewal, stopping simply means you do not place a new purchase when your current term ends.

If your purchase included any recurring or staged arrangement, you may cancel it from your Account settings or by emailing support@fitenable.com. Your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, and will then stop. There are no cancellation penalties.

Cancellation does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except as set out in Clause 5 or as required by law.

4. No Refunds

All fees paid for the Services are non-refundable once payment is completed, except as expressly set out in Clause 5 or where a refund is required under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.

This is because the Services involve dedicated Coach time and the creation and delivery of a personalised Plan, which begin promptly after purchase. We therefore ask you to review the plan details, inclusions and this Policy carefully before you pay. Please use our free tools, FAQ, WhatsApp and email channels to ask any questions before purchasing.

Refunds will not be given for, among other things: change of mind; failure to use, log in to or follow the Services; dissatisfaction with results (results are not guaranteed); partial use of a term; or your becoming unable to continue for personal reasons.

5. Limited Exceptions

Notwithstanding Clause 4, we will review and, where appropriate, refund or correct the following:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges, for example, if you are charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error;
  • Total non-delivery due to our fault, if, due to a fault attributable solely to us, no Service at all is delivered to you and we are unable to remedy this within a reasonable time; and
  • Failed transactions, where an amount is debited but the purchase does not complete, the amount will be reversed in accordance with the payment processor’s processes.

Refunds under Clause 5.1 are at our reasonable discretion and are without prejudice to your statutory rights.

6. Free Tools and Trials

The free calculators and blog content are provided at no charge and no refund arises.

The live-class introductory trial (for example, the ₹99 first class) is a discounted trial and is non-refundable once the trial class is made available or attended, save as required by law.

7. How Refunds Are Processed (Where Applicable)

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment processor (Razorpay). Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days of approval, though the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Any applicable GST treatment will be handled in accordance with law.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@fitenable.com so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us, in respect of Services that have been delivered, may result in suspension of your Account. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are not legitimate.

9. Statutory Rights Preserved

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any right or remedy available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law that cannot be excluded or waived by contract.
