1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how FITENABLE LLP (“FITENABLE”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on https://fitenable.com (the “Platform”). It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Platform cannot function without them. Non-essential cookies and similar technologies are used only where you have given consent through our cookie banner. The Platform is intended for users aged 18 or older. The Platform is intended for users aged 18 or older.

2. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. “Similar technologies” include pixels, tags, software development kits and local storage. In this Policy, all of these are referred to as “cookies”. Cookies may be set by us (first-party) or by third parties (third-party), and may last only for your session (session cookies) or for a set period (persistent cookies).

3. Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies to:

  • keep the Platform working, enabling sign-in, security, sessions and core functionality (strictly necessary);
  • remember your preferences, such as settings and choices (functional);
  • understand usage, measuring traffic and how the Platform performs so we can improve it (analytics/performance); and
  • measure and support marketing, including audience measurement and advertising via the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, only where you have consented (advertising/targeting).

Third-party services. Some cookies are set by third parties whose services appear on or integrate with the Platform (for example the payment processor, analytics and advertising providers, and the video-conferencing provider used for classes). Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies.

5. Consent and Your Choices

Consent for non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Platform cannot work without them. All other cookies (functional, analytics, advertising, including the Meta Pixel) are set only after you consent through our cookie banner.

Managing your choices. You can accept, reject or customise non-essential cookies through the banner, and change your choice at any time via a persistent “Cookie Preferences” link in the website footer and account settings.

Browser controls. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Platform from working.

Opt-outs. You can opt out of certain advertising/analytics cookies directly with the relevant providers (for example through your Meta ad-preferences and any analytics opt-out the provider offers).

Do Not Track. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. There is no common industry standard for responding to them; we describe our practice through this Policy and the consent banner.

6. Changes

We may update this Policy as our use of cookies changes. The current version is always available on the Platform with a revised “Last updated” date.
