Contest and Promotion Terms

1. The Promoter

This promotion is run by FITENABLE LLP, LLPIN ACY-1619, registered office 7/9/3B FAIZABAD CHOTA, RAMANA NR CITY STATION, Deokali, Ayodhya Cantt Police Station, Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh 224001, India (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. The Promotion

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open to natural persons who are: (a) 18 years of age or older; (b) residents of India; and (c) able to form a valid contract under Indian law.

Not eligible: FITENABLE designated partners, employees, coaches, contractors and their immediate family members; and anyone the Promoter reasonably believes has acted in bad faith or breached these terms.

Participation is voluntary and no purchase is necessary.

4. How to Enter (Skill-Based)

To enter, complete the steps described in Clause 2.1 within the promotion period. Entry is judged on skill, creativity and merit as set out in Clause 6, not on chance.

One entry per person unless stated otherwise. Multiple, automated, bulk or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Entries that are inappropriate, infringe third-party rights, are misleading, harassing, sexually explicit, or breach Acceptable Use will be disqualified.

5. Prize(s)

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the Promoter agrees otherwise. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Judging and Selection of Winners

Winners will be selected on the basis of skill, creativity and merit by a panel comprising Marketing Lead / Coach / external judge appointed for the specific promotion, applying the published criteria (originality, relevance, quality, presentation).

The judges’ decisions are final, and the Promoter is not obliged to enter into individual correspondence about them.

7. Notification and Claim

Winners will be notified by [DM / email / phone] within 7 days of the end date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, or is found ineligible, the Promoter may choose an alternative winner.

Winners may be asked to provide identity, age and address proof to claim the prize.

8. Use of Name, Submission and Image

By entering, you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use your entry (submission, name and, where you specifically consent, image) for marketing, in connection with the promotion and on the Promoter’s channels.

You warrant that your entry is your original work, does not infringe any third-party right, and that you have any consents needed from people identifiable in it.

9. Personal Data

The Promoter processes participants’ personal data for the purpose of running this promotion, awarding the prize and limited marketing where you have separately consented, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Personal data of winners may be published as required by law and as noted in Clause 8.

10. Tax

Any taxes (including TDS under section 194B of the Income-tax Act on winnings, where applicable) and statutory deductions are the winner’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise, and the Promoter will deduct tax at source as required.

11. General Terms

The Promoter may, at any time and in its reasonable discretion, amend, suspend or cancel the promotion (including for technical, legal or fraud reasons), with reasonable notice where possible.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, technical failures of any platform, or for any liability beyond what the law requires.

Instagram/Meta and other platforms: this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta or any other platform. By entering, you release those platforms from any liability.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts and arbitration seated at Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India.
