Hi, I'm Shreya — founder of FITENABLE and the coach who personally reads your assessment the moment you sign up. I've lived both sides of this journey: the person who lost 20+ kg and rebuilt her body, and the coach who has since guided 500+ people through the same transformation.

My story

Five years ago I was 90+ kg and starting from nothing. Over two years I lost 20 kg — and then chose the harder path: a full body recomposition, losing fat while building real muscle. The scale barely moved for months, but my body changed completely.

Somewhere in there, I fell in love with strength. I went from barely squatting 20 kg to squatting 100 kg, one consistent session at a time. I share this because most women are taught to fear the barbell — and that single piece of bad advice is what keeps the body they want just out of reach.

Before FITENABLE I coached at Fittr, working with 500+ people around the world — busy professionals, women with PCOS and PCOD, mothers balancing work and family. They all had one thing in common: they never lacked motivation. They lacked a plan that fit their real life.
