About the role

FITENABLE is looking for a qualified Fitness & Nutrition Coach to guide clients through personalised nutrition, workout planning, progress tracking and regular accountability. The coach should be comfortable handling clients remotely, communicating clearly and adjusting plans based on progress and individual needs.

What you will do

  • Understand client goals, lifestyle, assessment data and limitations.
  • Personalise workout and nutrition recommendations within the coach's professional scope.
  • Conduct online consultations and follow-ups.
  • Track adherence, measurements and progress.
  • Modify plans when required.
  • Support client accountability and consistency.
  • Communicate professionally through approved FITENABLE channels.
  • Escalate cases that require medical or clinical expertise beyond the coach's qualification.
  • Maintain appropriate client confidentiality and professional conduct.

What we are looking for

  • A relevant fitness certification or qualification from a recognised university, accredited education provider, recognised Indian institution, or a nationally or internationally reputed certification body.
  • A relevant nutrition qualification or certification appropriate for non-clinical fitness and nutrition coaching.
  • At least 1 year of practical experience in fitness or nutrition coaching, or handling clients.
  • Demonstrable experience working with real clients.
  • Good understanding of safe exercise programming, progression, fat loss, strength and general fitness.
  • The ability to personalise recommendations rather than giving one generic plan to everyone.
  • Good communication, follow-up and accountability skills.
  • The ability to conduct online consultations and classes when required.
  • A professional and ethical approach.

Nice to have

None of these are required. They are the things that would make us look twice.

  • A degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Sports Science, Exercise Science or a related field.
  • Recognised certifications such as ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, INFS or equivalent.
  • Experience with online coaching.
  • Experience with women's fitness, strength training, fat loss, mobility, prenatal or postnatal fitness, or behaviour and accountability coaching.
  • Client testimonials, documented transformations or measurable outcomes.
