AI Usage Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Policy sets the rules for using third-party generative-AI and AI-assisted tools (for example AI chat assistants, AI coding assistants, AI image/content tools) (“AI Tools”) for FITENABLE business purposes.

It applies to all designated partners, employees, coaches and contractors (“Personnel”).

The product is not AI-driven. AI Tools may assist internal work (drafting, research, code assistance, content ideation), but client Plans, coaching advice and health/nutrition guidance must be created and reviewed by qualified human Coaches. Marketing and product communications must not describe the Services as AI-generated or AI-only.

2. Principles

AI Tools may be used to improve productivity, provided that: a human remains accountable for all output; client and confidential data are protected; outputs are verified for accuracy; and use complies with law, this Policy, the Data Protection Policy and the Information Security Policy.

3. Permitted Uses

Subject to this Policy, Personnel may use approved AI Tools for: drafting and editing internal documents and marketing copy; brainstorming and content ideation; summarising public information; general research; and code assistance, always with human review before use or publication.

4. Prohibited Uses

Personnel must not:

• input any Data Principal personal data or health data, account credentials, payment data, proprietary source code, or confidential business information into any AI Tool that is not specifically approved for such use and covered by appropriate data-protection terms;
• use AI Tools to generate medical, clinical or health advice that is delivered to clients as if from a Coach, or to bypass human coach review of Plans;
• rely on AI output without verifying its accuracy, AI can produce confident but incorrect or fabricated information;
• publish AI-assisted content that infringes third-party intellectual property or that misrepresents its origin;
• make or imply public claims that the Services use AI to build plans, contrary to FITENABLE’s human-coach positioning; or
• use AI Tools in any unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive or harmful manner.

5. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Many AI Tools process inputs on external servers, potentially outside India, and may use inputs to train their models. Treat anything entered into a non-approved AI Tool as potentially disclosed.

Therefore, never enter personal data (especially health data), confidential or proprietary information into a non-approved AI Tool. Where an AI Tool is approved for handling such data, it must be covered by a Data Processing Agreement and comply with the DPDP, including cross-border conditions.

6. Accuracy, Bias and Human Accountability

Personnel must review AI output for accuracy, bias, fairness and appropriateness before relying on or publishing it. The responsible person, not the AI Tool, is accountable for the final output.

7. Intellectual Property

Personnel must ensure AI-assisted outputs are original to the extent required, do not reproduce third-party protected content, and are suitable for FITENABLE’s use. Work produced for FITENABLE remains subject to the IP Assignment terms in the relevant agreement.

8. Approved Tools

Only AI Tools on the approved list the Approved AI Tools Register maintained by Abhishek Maurya may be used for FITENABLE work involving anything beyond fully public information. New tools must be approved by Abhishek Maurya, Designated Partner before use, especially if they will touch confidential or personal data.

9. Security

AI Tool accounts must follow the Information Security Policy (strong unique credentials, MFA where available, no credential sharing). Disable model-training/data-retention settings where the tool allows and where appropriate.

10. Enforcement and Review

Breach of this Policy may result in disciplinary action or termination of engagement. This Policy will be reviewed at least annually as AI tools and the law evolve.
