Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) sets out the rules for using https://fitenable.com and the Services provided by FITENABLE LLP (“FITENABLE”, “we”, “us” or “our”). It forms part of, and must be read with, our Terms and Conditions. It applies to all Users, including visitors, Subscribers and class participants.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform and the Services only for lawful purposes and only for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and this AUP.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• use the Platform or Services if you are under 18, or provide false information about your age, identity or health;
• copy, reproduce, sell, resell, rent, sub-license, distribute or publicly share any Plan, Content or class material, or provide coaching or training to others based on it;
• record, screen-capture, stream or redistribute any live class or coach communication without our prior written consent;
• share, transfer or allow others to use your Account or login credentials;
• circumvent, disable or interfere with any payment, security, access-control or authentication feature;
• use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler or other automated means to access, copy or harvest the Platform, Content or other users’ data;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform or any software;
• upload, post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, infringing, misleading or harmful, or that contains viruses or malicious code;
• harass, abuse, threaten, demean or discriminate against any Coach, staff member, class participant or other User, including in chats, calls, classes or reviews;
• impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
• use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications, or to collect or misuse other users’ personal data;
• interfere with or disrupt the Platform, servers or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account; or
• use the Platform or Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• use FITENABLE client-coach access to arrange, solicit or complete private/off-platform coaching, training, payment or service arrangements intended to bypass FITENABLE;
• make or accept payments for FITENABLE-related services outside FITENABLE’s authorised payment channels, or encourage any Coach/instructor to provide services privately in breach of their obligations to FITENABLE;

4. Content Standards for User Submissions

Any information, review or content you submit must be accurate, lawful, your own (or properly licensed), and free of anything prohibited by Clause 3. You are responsible for the content you submit.

We may, but are not obliged to, review, moderate, edit or remove user submissions, and may remove content that breaches this AUP.

5. Health and Safety Conduct

During live classes and while following any Plan, you must follow the safety instructions given, exercise within your limits, and stop and seek medical attention if you feel unwell (see the Disclaimer Policy).

6. Consequences of Breach

If you breach this AUP, we may, at our discretion and without limiting our other rights: issue a warning; remove or restrict content; suspend or terminate your Account or access (without refund, except as required by law); take steps to protect the Platform and other users; pursue legal remedies; and report unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time by posting the revised version on the Platform with an updated “Last updated” date.
